In Bolivia in 2003, only 19 percent of single, sexually active women aged 15 to 19 use a modern method of contraception, compared with 45 percent of those ages 20 to 24. As of 2008, this had improved to 46% usage among women ages 15 to 19, as compared to 47% use among those aged 20 to 24.
